Who we are
Cloudly Labs is a software studio in Amsterdam. We build websites, webshops, CRM software and AI automation for clients. For privacy questions, mail hello@cloudlylabs.nl.
What data we process
- Contact details you share by mail or WhatsApp: name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
- Business details needed for quotes and invoices: company name, address and VAT number.
- Technical server logs with IP addresses, kept briefly for security and debugging.
What we use it for
Only to stay in touch, prepare quotes, deliver projects and send invoices. We do not send newsletters and we do not profile you.
No tracking
This site uses no tracking cookies, no ad networks and no third party analytics. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which means Google sees your IP address as part of serving the files.
Sharing with third parties
We never sell data. Data only sits with parties needed to deliver the service, such as hosting and email. Data processing agreements apply to those parties.
Retention
We keep messages for as long as the contact is active. Invoices and records are kept for 7 years as required by law. Server logs are deleted within 30 days.
Your rights
You can view, correct or delete your data. Mail hello@cloudlylabs.nl. If you disagree with how we handle data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
