Terms of service

1. Who

These terms apply to all quotes and projects of Cloudly Labs, a software studio in Amsterdam. Deviations only apply when agreed in writing.

2. Quotes and prices

Quotes are valid for 30 days. All prices exclude VAT. Fixed prices cover the scope in the quote. Work outside that scope is discussed first and billed at the agreed hourly rate.

3. Delivery

We plan a start date and a launch date together. Timelines hold as long as content and feedback arrive on time. If they slip, the planning shifts accordingly.

4. Payment

Projects are billed 50 percent at the start and 50 percent at delivery, with a payment term of 14 days. The website subscription is billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled monthly after 6 months.

5. Ownership

After full payment, the delivered custom work is yours. Cloudly Labs may show the work in its own portfolio unless we agree otherwise. Third party licences, such as fonts or stock assets, stay under their own terms.

6. Maintenance and hosting

Maintenance and hosting run through a separate care plan with a fixed monthly fee, cancellable monthly. Without a plan, you are responsible for updates, backups and security after delivery.

7. Liability

Liability is limited to the invoice amount of the project in question. Cloudly Labs is not liable for indirect damages such as lost revenue or data loss caused by external factors.

8. Law
